Who is flying the drone?
AKdrones has qualified drone operators who are trained and experienced in flying for commercial real estate marketing. All pilots are vetted and tested for professionalism and quality. We are permitted through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to fly for commercial use and are insured at every job site.
Pricing
All our drone aerial photography plans include up to one hour of on-site flight time. The flight will occur within 72 hours (Depending on the weather) of your successful PayPal payment transaction. Photo hosting is included in all plans at no extra charge.

Commercial or Residential Property Photo Shoot:
Consists of 11 high-resolution aerial photos.
(1) Front Close-Up high-resolution aerial photo (Entire Property in the frame, 30 feet above ground level).
(1) Birds-eye view high-resolution aerial photo (100% of the property in about 90% of the frame).
(9) Cardinal views high-resolution aerial photos (Camera angle of 45°,125 feet above ground level).

Consists of 7 high-resolution aerial Photos.

Orthomosaic Photo Shoot Includes:

Orthomosaic photography involves capturing a series of overlapping photos from a drone and stitching them together to create a single, high-resolution, georeferenced photo.
Commercial Property Orthomosaic Photo Shoot costs only $225 per property.
Residential Property orthomosaic photo shoots cost only $200 per property.
Video Plan V
The AKdrones Video Plan V consists of a high-definition orbit video of the property.
The 30-second video includes captions, contact information, and music.

What is included in my order?
We provide high-resolution aerial photos, HD video clips, and edited marketing videos of your commercial real estate property. We host the pictures and videos in our AKdrones Google Drive Account so you can easily download, share with colleagues via a link, or embed them on your website. All drone aerial photography is yours to own and use as you like. Placing an order only takes minutes through our user-friendly AKdrones Photo Shoot Request Form.
How long does it take to schedule an order?
All AKdrones Photo Shoots are completed within 7 days of receiving your order.
1 - We will review your Photo Shoot Request Form once we receive it.
2 - We will plan your photo shoot mission and provide you with an AKdrones Photo Shoot Fly Day Confirmation Number and Payment Link. Payment is required before the AKdrones Photo Shoot Mission starts.
3 - Once PayPal confirms payment, we complete your AKdrones Photo Shoot Mission within 72 hours (weather permitting).
4 - Receive your AKdrones Photo Shoot Mission Email link to the AKdrones Google Drive with all your high-resolution aerial photos. After the flight, please allow an additional two business days for processing of the aerial photos.
